Blue Ocean Resort - Mui Ne

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 12:00.

- For credit card security purposes the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guests name on the reservation and passport and the physical card must be shown upon arrival at the Resort. In case you do not bring your own credit card used during the booking process, you will be required to pay the full amount again at the front desk and the card used during the booking process will be refunded in full. Please kindly be advised that if we refund the money to the card used, there will be a fee that the bank will charge you so the money will be less than the amount should be and the refund process would take place from 7-10 working days

- As required under Vietnamese law, upon check inguests must present the legally required identification. For Vietnamese citizens, the guests must present their government issued citizen identification card. For children of Vietnamese citizens the personal identification number must be shared with us either via a physical copy of the birth certificate, or by showing their details through the parents VNEID app.
Forguests who are not Vietnamese citizens (this applies to both foreign citizens and also to Viet Kieu) the guests must present their valid visa or Temporary Residents Card along with their current passport that is linked to their visa or temporary residents card. If this passport has been stamped by immigration upon their most recent entryVietnam this is sufficient, however if their most recent immigration entry stamp is in an outdatedexpired passport this must also be presented to us.
If you feel that your current residency in Vietnam is legal, but does not match with the above categories (i.e. your passport is currently with the immigration department and new visa or residency card is being processed by them, or some other unusual situation, please contact us directly so that we can assist you with advising on the documents you will need to present upon arrival.
Please note that failure to present the legally required documents forguests staying in the resort (both adults and children) will result in the cancellation of your reservation with us.

- Children 12 years and above are considered as adults and will be charged as adults. Children 12 years and above require an extra bed with breakfast: VND 1,063,000 extra bednight. This surcharge is not included in the room rate. Extra bed size: 1 m × 2 m.
